BODYCHECK

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

The questions we hear most often before your first visit.

Services · Difference

How is this different from general relaxation care or manual therapy?+

General relaxation care focuses on temporary muscle release, while manual therapy aims for pain relief. Body Check connects P-Stretching (Passive Stretching) and neuroscience-based neuro-muscular re-education in a single flow, with the goal of teaching 'pain-free movement.'

What does the AI body analysis measure?+

It measures joint angles, forward head posture, pelvic deviation, and muscle imbalance numerically, and evaluates 7 dynamic movement patterns. We compare results at your starting point and every 4, 8, and 12 weeks to track changes.

Can I come to improve my athletic performance?+

Yes. We analyze sport-specific motions such as golf, tennis, and running, and prescribe warm-up, strengthening, and cool-down routines for range of motion, stability, and injury prevention.

Rehabilitation · Treatment

Can I visit for rehabilitation after surgery or hospital treatment?+

Yes. We specialize in the gray zone between hospital treatment and daily exercise. Based on medical evidence, we provide rehab conditioning that restores impaired functions and helps a safe return to daily life.

Can I do this in parallel with manual therapy I'm receiving?+

Yes, in parallel. However, heavy-load exercise on the same area immediately after manual therapy is not recommended. We coordinate the schedule and intensity with your referring clinician.

What should I do if pain occurs during exercise?+

Stop the movement immediately and tell your dedicated physiotherapist. Record the pain score (NRS) and the moment it occurred, and we will refer you to medical care if necessary.

Visit · Booking

Can I do a single trial or just a consultation?+

Yes. However, we operate on a reservation basis to provide accurate solutions. Start with the precise body and movement analysis, and you may come just for the analysis. Detailed scheduling is guided through consultation.

How often should I come for sessions?+

The standard is twice a week for the first 4 weeks of focused care, 1–2 times a week for weeks 5–8, and once a week for weeks 9–12. We adjust based on individual condition.

What should I wear?+

We recommend athletic or fitted workout clothing. For accurate posture analysis, please avoid clothes that are too loose.
